1.) Charge Up - Ensure your RelaxMe device is fully charged and ready for use. A maximum charge time of half an hour is sufficient. Remember, it's crucial not to leave the device on charge for over two hours to avoid potential overcharging and subsequent damage.

2.) Power On – After charging, press the power button on the device to activate it, then select one of the 12 settings. Over time you can test them all out to see what works best for you.

3.) Position Your RelaxMe - Our devices have the best results when accurately placed on specific acupressure points in the palm of your hand. Holding the device in your left hand with the low-frequency mode is ideal for sleep enhancement and relief from insomnia, anxiety, or stress.
